Maxime Martin starts at Daytona for GetSpeed

The lineup for GetSpeed’s premiere at the Rolex 24h at Daytona (January 23-26, 2025) is set. In addition to the previously announced drivers Anthony Bartone, Fabian Schiller and Luca Stolz, Mercedes-AMG newcomer Maxime Martin will line up in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 for the racing team from the Nürburgring business park.

“Maxime is the perfect addition for us. It’s great that he is now part of the AMG family,” says Team Principal Adam Osieka. “As the winner of the 24 Hours of Spa in 2016 and class winner at Le Mans in 2020, he is predestined for our race in the USA. I am convinced that he will be a great asset to the team.”

Martin says: “I know Daytona very well, the rest is new. But this is my new role now and I’m definitely looking forward to my first Mercedes-AMG race at Daytona with GetSpeed. The team is extremely experienced, we have a perfect car and we have a great line-up. So I’m counting down the days until my personal roll-out.”

One week before the actual race, the so-called ‘Roar before the Rolex 24’ will take place from January 17 to 19 as a prologue to the race. Here, the teams have three days to prepare for the traditional endurance race in the USA, which has been held since 1966.
